Mother Meera… 40 years of Love and Light

Mother Meera’s last tour in Canada was on December 2019. During this tour, we had the privilege of pointing out the 40 years since the first public darshan held in Quebec, in her presence at La Chapelle. That first darshan was organized by those who a year later would constitute Société Mère Meera:  a small group of men and women from Quebec who had discovered Mother Meera in India in 1979. Since then, we pursue year after year our commitment to introduce Mother’s work in Canada.

 

Mother’s first short visits in Canada

At the beginning, between September 1979 and December 1981, Mother Meera came to Canada three times, accompanied by Adilakshmi and Mr. Reddy. Then, for the nine following years, we organized group meditation, gave to many people the possibility to join in Descents of Light, broadcasted information about Mother’s work of Total Transformation – in Canada as well as in France and North America – and even published books and brochures in order to keep a live contact between Mother and persons interested in her work. Then, in 1990, during a brief and much expected visit of Mother Meera to Quebec, Société Mère Meera organized darshans in Montréal.

 

Now, regular tours of Mother Meera to Canada

Since 2007, Mother Meera has come regularly to Canada.
