Taxes are included in the price of products in our online shop.

 

Delivery

Your order will be shipped from Quebec across Canada by Canada Post at a flat rate of $9 for an order of less than $75. Shipping costs are free for all orders of $75 or more. The delivery is generally done within 7 business days.

 

Exchanges and refunds

We will exchange only if there is a manufacturing defect.

If you suspect a manufacturing defect, you must contact us by email at boutique@meremeera.ca. We will then see the different possibilities that apply: either we will send you a similar product at our expense depending on the available stocks, or, if the product is no longer available, we will look with you at the possibility of sending you a product of your choice for the same amount of money.

You have a period of 7 days following the reception of your order to report a manufacturing defect.
